Interesting. I got a good copy of CD5 on the first try, CD1 on the second, but it took 4 tries to get a good version of CD2. The first 3 copies of CD2 had the same checksum, but bad. All of the S390x images were fine though. It almost looks like they've got a mirror with a couple of corrupted images.
Started to install under Hercules last night, but there seems to be a problem with it's emulation of tape, because I couldn't get the install system to boot following the instructions. Finally got it to work at 10PM, and then realized I didn't have the CD's with me. Try again tonight. > -----Original Message----- > From: Linux on 390 Port [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of > Michael MacIsaac > Sent: Tuesday, November 23, 2004 7:23 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: [LINUX-390] SLES9 Evaulation Download - ISO problems? > > > Ken, > > > Did anyone else have trouble with the ISO images? > > Yeah I did on CDs 1, 2 and 5.
