I believe this is a bug in the VSWITCH and somewhere down the road it got fixed. My recollection is that is still just worked fine... Something with the extra ARP reply that got sent. You should check with Q VSWITCH that the IP address got registered.
After a pause, it says *** Could not find the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Installation Source.
So I expect the two are not related, otherwise you would see that it cannot find the server and the DNS.
