Hi, yes the lsqeth does show the devices as up and online state. The eth0 and 
eth1 are for the TSM private network.

Did you group the new devices under linux? Does lsqeth shows your devices?

Can you send ifconfig as well?

Is the OSA connected to the real switch with vlan tagging?
