A suggestion: draw a diagram of the configuration and label all the interfaces with the IP addresses. That will probably help visualize the problem.
2nd: Is the TSM server inside or outside the VM system? 3rd: Try adding an explicit host route for the TSM server via the address of the interface on the "private" TSM server VSWITCH (a /32 route for just the one address) and do a traceroute to the TSM server address.
