Hi David, the TSM server is outside the z/VM system. We connect (2 X OSA) from the Mainframe to the TSM (Nexus) switch which is layer 2 and the TSM server is also connected to this switch. I tried adding an explicit route by creating a route-eth0 file in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts and this still did not work. The network and TSM guys said that I must configure my network interface without a gateway. Any other suggestions?
Ps. Must my VSWITCH be defined as VLAN-Unaware or VLAN-Aware.
