Some of these solutions people have been giving are actually for the
Windows version of Netscape. I also have 4.6 (and 4.51 previously). I
run Debian, and I installed the bind package so that it would cache DNS
lookups. I ran netscape and let it dial and do its DNS lookup once and
cache it, then I ran it again and it didn't dial.
