So the 2.1.x release is coming when? If every heartbeat maintainer is
telling people to not use the current release, why aren't y'all
releasing something else?

yes. it is. and its why the packages lmb mentioned exist.
i plan on running another set of release tests and refreshing those
packages again next week (or so)
Can you post to this list when/if the Debian or Ubuntu packages get
built? It's odd that the log problem I am seeing is so consistent across
versions. Re: your first reply to me, I will try installing
libxml2-dev(el) as soon as I finish reinstalling the OS's on my two test
boxes and will report if I have any luck.
Thanks! I appreciate the work the developers put into HA. Is there any
known reason why the maintainers haven't been around?
