        Maybe, maybe not.
        VGER is now running with load-average of 10-15 all the time,
        and about half of the active processes are anon-cvs server
        related.   The machine is not a very hot-shot one, and it
        is overworking itself now :-/  The mailer has input queue
        of 4000+ messages right now, and it is getting only about
        1/10th of CPU time to do its work.
