Well, just off the top of my head, for satellite tracking:
1) What information do I need to gather?
1a) How do I determine my location?
1b) Where can I get updated satellite orbit data?
2) What software can be used, and how do I configure it?
3) Where do I find more information about the satellites?

But as I said, I'm not sure whether that sort of thing meets the
requirements for a HOWTO.

Quite possibly, particularly if what we are talking about is just using
existing PostScript and wrapping some cover art around the book. It also
depends to some degree on how large the book would be. Large, low-volume
books are problematic. But a book of, say, 100 to 200 pages would probably
be viable. We would need details before making a commitment, of course.

First things first, for sure. I stand ready to assist, be it with the Web
site, doing some writing or editing, or helping to get something published.
