It does, but only in so far as it is *Linux* relevant.

The Linux Documentation Project is for documenting Linux, not anything
else, so if we wish to leverage off the distribution and identity of
the LDP we have to keep the document squarely relevant to Linux,
otherwise our documents will not be included with it.

Hmm.. 100-200 pages I think would barely touch the surface if it were a
general Linux/Amateur Radio text.
