I need to check the IEEE ethical code to see if this claim would be
applicable to IEEE members. I am not sure. IEEE seems to be a good
case study as it is probably the biggest professional organization of
engineers in the world, _and_ it has an ethical code. 

I wonder if one can be an IEEE member and a M$ employee at the same
time, on ethical grounds [this is assuming that Tsahi is right about
disbarment].
