So, from your line of reason, Boing can save money on nut bolts for the wings of an airplane in order to save money to the share holders, hell, it could hold for 10 years, who cares what happen next, "its all about the money". In fact, why not use palcal in buildings? it was safe in the lab. so what if some people died, its probably to contractor fault. so there were a "few" bugs. Lets get back to MS. lets say that there was a bug in a Microsoft web server that allowed a hacker to get ur social security numbers and visa. so what do we(MS) care, so your life is ruined. don't blame us, u saw the "no liability" waver. next time, read the fine prints. I say, if u intentionally do something like that (and get caught like Microsoft) you have to pay. And, please note that bad designs and software distribution without enough QA started around when Microsoft started.(also note that the internet wasn't what it was today, so design back then was pretty sound, not considering internet security but all else worked pretty well.)
