Most things doesn't have names in hebrew yet and whatever you would chose would probebly won't become the standart.
don't forget that there are a lot of programs that require deeper knowladge of hebrew in order to work well and deep knowladge of hebrew culture as well.. why do you think no one got ispell to work with hebrew yet?
