hmm....no.
parts of the original kde desktop were removed, and RH replaced them with 
their own artwork\settings. some parts of the look and feel cant be restored 
there, unless you re-install the original packages. (dont know about gnome)

this is what i was talking about. if this was a theme issue, well...there 
would'nt be an issue.
