No, you need to use DHCP to allow the router to give you an IP. b-focus 312+ comes at 10.0.0.138 by default and the ip of the first machine to connect is 10.0.0.1 from router dhcp. The router runs dns proxy and it appears as router on the internal network. I.e. http://router will go there. PLEASE read the user manual on pdf on the attached cdrom.
