You can create it using whatever method you want to as long as it's
readable with MS Office (and Open Office, although I guess not many
employees use it). If it's not readable with MS Office, you better send
it by fax. Unless your aim is changing people and not finding a job.
I always send resumes in RTF formats. Due to our discussion I checked
how it looks with Open Office. It looks terrible. It's readable, but
Hebrew text in tables is aligned to the left, and the whole document is
2 pages (in MS Office it's only one page). Also numbers are reversed.
Some font sizes are different. Speaking about compatibility?
