You can transliterate words like Firewalls, NAT, IDS, TCP/IP, IPX/SPX
so that other people can understand this?
I advise against transliterating such words. The list of terms you gave can as-is in a Hebrew resume as well. Firewall has an acceptable translation. In a Hebrew resume it should be translated or left in English, definitely not transliterated. Some terms have acceptable Hebrew or pidgin terms. Unfortunately I can't spell out a rule for when to use what.
