Hi,
I wanted to know how to enable a given port number . Eg:
if I write telnet localohost 110
it says connection refused.
How do i enable it? I've checked the /etc/services file. But how to go
about it?
OR if I say how to open and close a particular port?
110 actually belongs to POP.
