Hi all,
Is there anybody who has tried RH 6.2? I downloaded it yesterday,
and installed. It is neat in all respects.
But for one thing - the desktop shortcuts, when one uses sawmill
as the window manager, have the text displayed in real ugly font. Does
anyone know how to change that font to something legible? I have spent
whole of yesterday evening trying to figure this out.
Another thing, has anyone used PVM libs on gnu/linux? RH seems to
ship them with 6.2. How much changes are needed to your code to exploit
the PVM and beuwolf clustering? I suppose it would amount to explicitly
breaking up your code in such a way as to use the parallelism.
Regards,
Kedar.
