[LIH] sendmail.cf reverts.

What can make changes to sendmail? I had made changes to sendmail.cf which
have suddenly reverted back. So DS and DM flags are empty, holdexpensive
became false. This was not so yesterday. Sendmail is reverting back to it's
original state.

I am sure I had made these changes and saved the file.
