Hi

LILO is usually installed in the MBR by default (HDA) but it will not work
if you boot partitiion ends on a cylinder beyond 1024. you could make a
seperate 10MB boot partition to ensure it stays with the 1024 boundary. if
your boot partition must go beyond 1024 you can always use loadlin to boot
into linux. I have heard lilo-21.4.2 does not have this 1024 limitation. I
have not tried it personally though.
