though i havent tested it myself. ( not using the net from much) diald is
a fabulous piece of software. You can set the permissible timeouts. Times
when going online is forbidden. Automatic billing. Automatic disconnection
when a page the page i wan to browse has already been downloaded,
reconnection when i want to fetch another page.
I really should be checking it out
