Hi
i was able to get some details on ssh .
I even downloaded one of the utilities called telenet3.23 for win.I am using
it to telnet my linux box (in off)from my res which has winnt 4.0.
I am a bit confused on the ssh1 and ssh2 funda .?And the licensing system?
Does one also have to make any changes in the linux box . At present i have
just loaded the openssh utility on my pc .and on connecting it it does get
connected .Its some thing similatr to telnet .
If i block telnet shall i be able to log on to the system ?Which port does
ssh uses ?
