 Obviously.  This is to stop every idiot spammer in the area from abusing your
 ISP's smtp server to send out spam.
 
 Some ISPs are still a bit dumb - take, for example, your isp goatelecom.com

 they are using a rather weird / ancient 1.1.20.3 .cf file for their sendmail -
 making it an _anonymous_ open relay (and vulnerable to r00t exploits, among
 other things)
 
 Caltiger had this till some months back (and got blacklisted in various
 anti-spam lists) - they have since upgraded to 8.11.1 (sensible of them)
