FYI : VSNL had blocked their relay sometime 3 years back. The only thing,
that could be done from VSNL smtp servers was, anyone coud connect to any
node of VSNL and send mails using any of VSNL's smtp servers located
anywhere in India. Recently, that has been blocked -- if, I am using a
dialup service at Calcutta I can only use giascl01/ cal/ cal2 or cal3
servers and not giasbm01.
