Hello,
Using some other relays, has a direct implication on something called as UCE
(Unsolicited Commercial Email), aka SPAM.
Your intention might be wise, just to clear up your mail queues, but then an
open relay(the relay which passes on the mails other than its domain) is an
excellent target for spammers.
Essentially, in practice, all the relays should be closed to prevent spamming,
but in reality, this is not the case. Also, many servers using sendmail 8.8, or
prior face this problem.
The bottomline is that to prevent SPAM, other relays should not be used. I
suggest you lookup http://cauce.india.org for more details regards this matter.
Yor are sure to be enlighten there.
Cheers,
