 Netscape ( i use it when on NT ) has a "compact folder" option, but when
I had tried it, it appeared it did not do anything to the mbox file. It
creates another file called mbox.snm, to me which appeared to contain the
byte offsets to the start of the messages in the actual mbox file. This
will make the parsing faster....but compaction no.
