It really is wierd - must really be hdparm -t is broken with i810 :)

I earlier had a 8.4 gb seagate which used to give 5mb/s under 2.4 - now it is 
on the secondary master and the results with hdparm is around 14mb/s (with 
hdparm -tT dev/hdc not hdcN) !!!!
