Have you told orion.svrec.ernet.in that it can receive mail for itself? In
sendmail 8.11 - which you appear to be running, put orion.svrec.ernet.in
into /etc/mail/local-host-names
Also, are you sure that your DNS is like this? MX records should never
point to IP addresses or CNAMES.

There are one or two reasons for this - as above. However, they can all be
solved by seeing the top 5 FAQs at http://www.sendmail.org/faq/
In fact, that _is_ the error. Your secondary MX - vikram.svrec.ernet.in -
is 202.141.85.15. Unfortunately, it is also a CNAME. Never point MXs to
CNAMEs please ... further details in the sendmail FAQ :)
