Get rid of the CNAME. Give Vikram an A record, or put up an MX 5 entry for
svrec.ernet.in instead of vikram.svrec.ernet.in. Or get rid of the MX5 entry
altogether and make orion the primary MX for itself.
The backup MXs (milan, etc) are pretty good as they are.
