I had done a prototype of this sometime in 1999 using MTNL's Delhi
directory(php+mysql) name based look up... and reverse lookup. .. but it
never went online coz the company I was working with didn't want to get
into any kinda problems with MTNL as the stuff was copyright MTNL!
