Actually, he said he's using MS Proxy server, which is a kind of weird 
proxy server.  It requires the MS Proxy client to be installed on all 
machines that need to use the proxy.

How to do this with linux I couldn't figure out when I needed it, and 
then I didn't need it anymore.
