That much (8 gig) is enough for at least three more distros :-) Could you post an output of existing "fdisk -l". Besides, there would be differences in your init process and numerous other small differences. At package level there would not be much. The limiting factor is the number of primary part- itions that you have. If you use loadlin through Win ME for a multi-boot option, you may have multiple OSs on extended logi- cal partitions as well.
