srs
Regional offices have leased connectivity to the internet and not to Kolkata
office. Is there any way that all mails collect at thiscompany.com and the
mail server at Kolkata downloads only kolkata users mail? Mail servers at
Delhi should download only for users there. That is all the offices should
download only their mails. I am not sure my service provider will create
subdomains. We get pop3 mailboxes only and can add users as aliases.

Thanks & regards

Ami
