Just to keep the fire burning .....
A company I know has 'bought' a linux based mail solution for quite a tidy
sum with yearly service renewal. They have about 15 branches all over India.
The solution provider have their own mail server. At the branches they have
to set up a machine with the CD [RH 7.3, sendmail, LDAP, Horde-Imp, Amavis]
provided and attach a modem. After creating users [EMAIL PROTECTED]
through the web interface, the solution provider has to be given the list.
Mail transfer is through UUCP. virtusertable is blank. I am not sure whether
local mail goes all the way to the mail hub. I can give [EMAIL PROTECTED]
or [EMAIL PROTECTED] Local domain is kolkata.thiscomp.com.

Another Qs: Can fetchmail fetch selective user mails based on a local list?

Regards

Ami
