Just to keep the fire burning ..... A company I know has 'bought' a linux based mail solution for quite a tidy sum with yearly service renewal. They have about 15 branches all over India
Let me guess - http://www.netcore.co.in is the provider of this?
Mail transfer is through UUCP. virtusertable is blank. I am not sure whether local mail goes all the way to the mail hub. I can give [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] Local domain is kolkata.thiscomp.com.
If you have [EMAIL PROTECTED] I doubt if it will go to the central hub
Another Qs: Can fetchmail fetch selective user mails based on a local list?
If you are pulling down multiple pop3 accounts - yes.
If everything is lumped into a single catchall account - no.
UUCP is still the best way to go for this sort of thing.
