If you dialin from a dynamic IP and set qmail to send out mail directly (not through a static IP smarthost using smtproutes / auth patch etc) - the mail will be rejected. In other words, all smtp connections to our MX (mail exchanger) servers, directly from dynamic IPs will be rejected.
localhost.localdomain etc (but if you tried sending me hotmail.com, yahoo.com HELOs from a non hotmail or yahoo IP, you'd end up getting rejected)
Does it apply only for these two domains?
