sorry for the confusion.
this is the same idea that we want to separate the ccic driver and sensor info.
here is how we do this:
on arch/arm/mach-mmp/ttc_dkb.c

static struct i2c_board_info dkb_i2c_camera[] = {
        {
                I2C_BOARD_INFO("ov5642", 0x3c),
        },
};

i2c_register_board_info(0, &dkb_i2c_camera, 1);
