I used to work for a comapny which used Hp kit almost exclusively and soon
found
that Hp are so big the staff know only a tiny portion of what there is to
know.
You could ask 5 different ones and would get 5 different answers in some
cases.
More often 4 would not be able to help and the fifth was brilliant.
Anyway try http://support.hp.com for some general help.
I drilled down through this site and followed some links.
I found the attached information. As I do not own an omnibook I cannot say
if this will help. Maybe I have misunderstood you but the attached document
seems to imply things can be changed.
