The first two are mahcines at my home (2.2.x based), the second two
are at the backbone i'm connected to (you notice the power break there?)
and the last four are at our main site in Groningen, Netherlands. All
without no-break or other equipment. The only problem with these
uptimes is that they also imply 2.0.29 kernels :(

Not really. You could try compiling only the module and inserting it,
but it really needs hooks which are probably _not_ in your current kernel.
