Yes.
I did it all the time until I got my linux PPP set up. You will need to
set up your windows partition as a mountable linux partition. Just add
it to your filesystem using linuxconf or fstool (I don't know whichone
RH5.1 uses), or edit by hand the fstab. Instructions for this should be
in the RH manual.
