A good thing to check before you go any farther down the yellow brick road
is the directory structure of the burned cdrom, i have no knowlage of how
rehat 6.0 should lokk like but ALL prior redhat cd's have looked like.
COPYING ROADMAP doc/ ls_lr updates/
DISK.1 RPM-PGP-KEY dosutils/ ls_lr.1
INSTALL.TXT RedHat/ images/ metrolink/
README SRPMS/ infomagic/ misc/
README.1ST TRANS.TBL locatedb.ldr rr_moved/
the basic install is situated under the "RedHat" directory, note the Upper
and Lower case letters, could that be your problem as Linux is "case
sensative", i have explained this before here on this list, back then it was
proved that this was the problem.
