If I remember correctly there Win98/WinNT send their passwords over the LAN in
an encrypted format and unless you have Samba configured to accept it , it
will be rejected. Under /doc (I think its been awhile) you'll see a file
called encrypt.txt , browse that and it will tell you want you have to do.
