tar xzf filename.tar.gz
However beforehand memorise in which directory the archive is; lets say for
example its in /home/me/ I would then do;
zless filename.tar.gz
make sure that the archive creates its own directory, that can be seen in
the top left hand corner, possably in this case you will see;
netscape-4.61/
then;
cd /usr/local/src
tar xzf /home/me/filename.tar.gz
the archive should then have created its own directorys under
/usr/local/src/ and unpacked its contents.
Read the INSTALL and README's.
