Okay now I feel like a REAL Idiot...
After reading your reply Richard and having several others point
in the same direction I went back and messed with it some more
and guess what I finally found the elusive proxy settings under NS.
Okay this gets Netscape working what about utils like Whois and
Telnet??
Eventually after I get comfortable with Linux and learn more of the
in's and out's I plan to scrap the NT box and use linux for my Firewall
and Proxy but until then I'll stick with what's working now..
