PBI has been quite good about open relay whapping in the past. If
you rattle their cages they may start taking notice again.

Best have gone to pot majorly since they were borged by Verio and
have lost a lot of users as a result. Apparently they're now
concentrating on webfarming and may drop dialups altogether.
