Hey Gurus!
I had changed my default window manager from KDE to blackbox, and
loved it, until I ran into an interesting problem.
I was filling out a form at a web site (the kind that allows you to fill out
billing and shipping address info, in order to buy something) and I noticed
that--once I selected from a list of possible entries, specifically the `state'
option--I was unable to fill out further information, either on that form (ie
that web page) or subsequent pages in the ordering process!
After trying different flavors of netscape (ie versions 4.71, 4.61, 3.04) to no
avail, I tried with my old window manager--KDE. To my delight, the problem
vanished! My victory was bittersweet because I really grew to like
blackbox, and my solution didn't include it :-(
I can't assume that the problem lies with blackbox. Can anyone
shed some light on the subject?
