it has been around for a while in netscape. there use to be nothing to fix it.
i have had it happen in every wm i have used, so i believe it to be netscape
related.

now i simply drag the scroll bar up and down and it fixes it every time. i am
using the most recent US version rpm from the red hat contrib directory.
