Hello Jeff, and other..

my BIOS is normally and support it..
Now I know the main problem..!! THE KERNEL DON"T HAVE SUPPORT for
APM..(Advanced Power Management).
I do this later..

cd /usr/src/linux
make menuconfig # then choose general setup -- Advanced Powe man..,
      and the power off option is enable..!!(this the main problem)
make bzImage   # this to compile kernel and take to the other
      directory..
move the recompile kernel to /boot as vmlinus

The Problem (more) the file /proc/apm doesn't there.
I don't know the compile command to produce this file..

the file /proc/apm is needed to Power Off and other Power management..
I need that, maybe I can just copy it from you all. Please a copy of
this file..sended to Me, May be this solve the problem..
