I do not have such a modem so i cannot answer your question from knowlage.
However the error messege "Sorry your modem is busy" possably means the
modem cant be found by insmod.
Check and see if the modem IRQ is in use by another device,
'cat /proc/interrupt'
will show what IRQ's are in use.
Is the link in /dev/ correct ??.
The README or INSTALL files from the linmodem package are your sources of
information, unless someone else on this list is using it also and can help
you further.
